Centre will send 20 companies of CAPFs after two people are killed & ten police officers are hurt

 


In a conflict that broke out between two groups on Monday during the "Brij Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra" organized by the Bajrang Dal and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), at least two home guards were killed and ten police officers were hurt. 

The wounds were purportedly caused by gunfire and stone-throwing. Meanwhile, Chief Minister M. L. Khattar urged people to uphold peace and harmony and warned that those who committed crimes would not be spared at any cost.




The Central Government ordered the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) to deploy 20 units in Haryana.  The district's internet access has been suspended by the state administration until August 2nd. The district has also implemented Section 144 of the CrPc.

Numerous city employees, who are at the forefront of the fight against vector-borne diseases, started their indefinite strike on Monday as dengue cases in Delhi increased. "We just gave the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) notice that if our long-overdue requests are not satisfied before July 31, our members will begin an indefinite strike through the MCD's mayor and commissioner. 

We have entered a strike since our requests have not been honored, according to the union's president, Devanand Sharma. In the meantime, 56 new dengue cases have been registered in Delhi in the past week.
