In Andhra Pradesh, a Dalit man was beaten and peed on because of an affair

In Andhra Pradesh's Ongole, a group of nine men beat a Dalit guy and peed on him because of a love affair. Intoxicated, two of the suspects urinated on the victim. Recently, a video of the encounter that was captured by one of the suspects surfaced.

According to the police, two individuals peed on the victim, Mota Naveen, who is from a Scheduled Tribe tribe, and were assaulted by a group of nine males.

Manne Ramanjaneyulu, the main suspect, and two young boys were also in the group, according to authorities.

50 theft complaints were filed against Naveen and Ramanjaneyulu in Andhra Pradesh and other states, according to the police. They were childhood friends.

SG Ongole Malika Garg claimed that on June 19, at 9 p.m., Ramanjaneyulu called Mota Naveen to a remote location to settle a problem with one of his friends concerning a girl. While there, they drank alcohol.

Ramanjaneyulu and eight other people allegedly beat Naveen up physically, and two of them later peed on him, according to Garg.

One of the group's members took a video of the deed. Although Mota Naveen was transported to the hospital, he made no mention of the incident. Before the police could speak with him, he was released from the hospital and departed. Five days ago, the act's footage was secured, according to the SP.

They have been charged with violating the relevant provisions of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, and Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which prohibits attempts to murder.

Six of the nine suspects, including the main suspect Ramanjaneyulu, were detained by police and two kids were also taken into custody, according to the police.

A video of a guy peeing on a laborer in Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi district generated indignation, and days later the incident was made public. Pale Kol, a tribal laborer, was the man who was being urinated on. Pravesh Shukla is the man who is seen urinating in the video.
