PM Modi attacks Ashok Gehlot with a "red diary" and the chief minister of Rajasthan responds with a red tomato

Prime Minister Narendra Modi remarked in his speech at a public rally in Sikar that Congress has only ran "loot ki dukaan" (loot's store) and "jhooth ka bazaar" (market of falsehoods) in Rajasthan, and the latest product of this is the "laal diary". He added that this "red diary" will expose the "dark secrets" of Congress and will result in its defeat in the state's next assembly elections.

"In Rajasthan, the Congress has simply operated the 'Loot ki dukaan' and 'Jhooth ka market' under the guise of controlling the government..."It is rumored that the diary contains the dark deeds of the party," Prime Minister Modi added.

In response, CM Gehlot requested that PM Modi talks about "red cylinders and red tomatoes" rather than the "imaginary red diary".

"The Red Diary is pure fantasy. No red diary exists. He can see the red journal but not the red tomatoes or the red cylinders. He is unable to notice the reddened faces of those who are affected by the price increase. In the elections, voters would display the red flag for him, he claimed during a gathering.

After Congress MLA Rajendra Singh Gudha was fired for commenting on the state government's "failure" to safeguard the safety of women, tensions around the "red diary" case began to escalate. Gudha had presented a red journal in the state assembly and said that it may "expose" Gehlot.
