The newly constructed International Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre (IECC) complex in New Delhi, now known as "Bharat Mandapam," was officially opened on Wednesday by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi had performed a 'puja' ceremony earlier in the day.
