Sharing a joyful photo are Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, and Alia Bhatt

Since its July 28 release, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani by Karan Johar has been well received by both critics and audiences. The movie's Rani Chatterjee, played by Alia Bhatt, thanked everyone for their support on Instagram on Monday.

On Instagram, Alia shared a photo of herself, co-star Ranveer Singh, and director Karan Johar. While Karan opted for an orange tee in the rear, Ranveer and Alia were both dressed in white. They all three grinned for the camera and held each other close as they posed.

Love hain toh sab hain!!! is what Alia put as the caption. We are forever grateful. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all the love. (emojis with yellow hearts) Love to Rocky, Rani, and the author of the novel "Kahaani." She also included the film's title as a hashtag.

Dharma Productions posted the movie's box office numbers on social media on Sunday. The production company captioned the picture on Twitter, "The celebrations of love get bigger and louder at the box office - your prem for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is unstoppable!" Early estimates indicate that the movie made 19 crore net in India on its third day. On the first day of its release, it made 11.1 crore, and on the second day, 16.05 crore.

The love story of Rocky (Ranveer Singh) and Rani (Alia), who come from very different origins and cultures, is followed in the movie. While Alia's character Rani is a journalist from a Bengali family, Ranveer plays Rocky, a fitness enthusiast from a Punjabi family, in the movie. Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, and Dharmendra all play significant parts.

What stood out in RARKPK, according to the Hindustan Times review, is its music. Tum Kya Mile and Ve Kamleya are heartfelt songs, while Jhumka and Dhindhora Baje Re are pure party music. The movie also pays respect to timeless songs by Mohd Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhonsle, and Lata Mangeshkar, and I especially loved that tribute to the allure of Bollywood music's bygone era. Aaja Meri Gaadi Mein Baith Jaa, a well-known song by Baba Sehgal, is also played often. To understand why it is a significant one in the tale, watch the movie. Also, KJo hasn't forgotten about his nepo star kids (hint: keep an eye out for cameos by celebrities).
