We are building a museum in Shivaji's honour, much as SP created the Mughal Museum: U.P. CM

On Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath criticized the previous Samajwadi Party administration for its decision to build the Mughal Museum in Agra in honor of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. The CM swiftly clarified that in honor of the Maratha hero, his administration is building a wonderful museum in the same district under the name of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

CM Yogi was attending a lecture series on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's accomplishments and character.

Yogi allegedly stated in a news statement that "under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Indian Navy's new Insignia has the emblem of Shivaji Maharaj."

CM Yogi was attending a lecture series on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's accomplishments and character. The ceremony was held on Tuesday at the Indira Gandhi Pratisthan in Lucknow and was organized by the Divya Prem Seva Mission of Haridwar. This year marks the 350th anniversary of Shivaji Maharaj's coronation, which established Hind Swaraj.

The CM added that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's mother Jijabai and Guru Samarth Ramdas had a spiritual impact on him. He claimed that Shivaji's ability to take on the Mughals and upend the foundation of their kingdom was made possible by the blessings of his Guru. He continued by saying that Shivaji Maharaj's advice was to communicate with people in their own languages.

From two angles, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is highly relevant to Uttar Pradesh. First of all, Kashi native Ganga Bhatt served as the priest in charge of the coronation. In addition, CM Yogi mentioned the renowned Indian poet Bhushan, who was born in Kanpur and wrote poems glorifying Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's bravery.

He added that the political environment of India is depicted on the map of today, but thousands of years ago, India was larger and more culturally diverse. Additionally, this is mentioned in the national scriptures. He continued by saying that when someone's vision narrows to politics, they frequently lose sight of their own culture.
