'Oh My God 2' is one of the most anticipated movies of 2023. Starring Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi, the film is a sequel to the 2012 blockbuster, which also stars Paresh Rawal. On the 8th, 'OMG 2' reached Rs 6.03 crore at the box office. And now, early estimates from Day 9 show the film went on to open its second weekend and grossed Rs 10.50 crore, bringing the total to Rs 101.58 crore. The film achieved an overall usage rate of 45.94% in the Hindi belt. Confirmed numbers have yet to come.
The film, directed by Amit Rai, features Akshay Kumar in the avatar of Lord Shiva. “OMG 2” will also feature Yami Gautam, Pankaj Tripathi, and Arun Govil of the famous Ramayan. The satirical comedy-drama is the sequel to the 2012 hit “OMG- Oh My God!”.
The film is produced by Cape of Good Films, Ashwin Varde, Vipul D Shah, and Rajesh Bahl. Dr. Chandraprakash Diwedi is the creative producer of the film. The cinematography of the film was done by Amalendu Chaudhary.
