According to the Kuber Group owner's attorney, slow driving is more dangerous

The director and owner of Kuber Group, Vikas Malu, was hurt on Tuesday when the Rolls Royce he was riding in collided with a fuel tanker on the Delhi-Mumbai-Baroda Expressway. Malu's attorney, R K Thakur, asserted that Tasbir was operating the vehicle because Malu was not fit to do so.

Thakur claimed that going slowly on an expressway is "more dangerous" in an interview with India Today. He added, though, that Malu had not given the driver any instructions regarding how fast or slow to go.

"Vikas Malu cannot drive because of his physical state. He can't even walk straight. He's going to drive how? The Rolls Royce was being driven by a driver named Tasbir, one of Vikas' 7-8 employees, according to Thakur.

After the incident, Malu was taken to a hospital in Gurugram. The industrialist, according to his attorney, was not behind the wheel when the incident occurred.

Regarding his health, Thakur stated, "Vikas has an elbow injury and is being treated at the hospital. Additionally, he has to get his spine's issue corrected. Without assistance, he cannot barely stand, the speaker declared.

Thakur responded that the image of Malu standing erect was an old one when questioned about them.

When explaining the incident, Thakur stated that the driver and Vikas Malu, a woman he knew, were in the car. The accident occurred at 11 a.m. after Vikas left his house around 10 a.m.

Malu was testing the vehicle, according to Thakur. "The gasoline tanker came from the wrong side and made a turn in such a way that the accident occurred before the driver could think."

Both the oil truck driver and his assistant perished in the collision. According to reports, the Rolls Royce was being driven at 230 km/h. Senior police officials claim that the Rolls Royce driver, who was operating the car as part of a convoy of 14 vehicles, is at blame after an initial examination.

According to authorities, the Rolls-Royce abruptly accelerated as the cars were traveling down the highway, passed the car in front of it, and then slammed into the tanker that was making a U-turn.
