Air conditioner not working, tissue to wipe sweat

On Saturday, Punjab Parliament Speaker Amarinder Singh Raja Warring took to Twitter and shared "one of the most horrible experiences" he had while traveling from Chandigarh to Jaipur on an Indigo flight. The 45-year-old leader accused them of having to sit without air conditioning during the flight.

He also shared a video on the microblogging site in which passengers can be seen fanning themselves with security cards to reduce the heat. Warring asks for strict action against Indigo Airlines to prevent passengers from experiencing such distressing incidents in the future.

After quickly releasing the short video on social media platforms, Indigo issued an apology and said it was investigating the matter with its internal teams. "We deeply apologize for the inconvenience experienced during your recent trip with us. We are reviewing this with our internal teams and are also in contact with all customers regarding the experience. theirs," the Indigo team tweeted.

While recounting the incident, Warring said they (passengers) had to wait in line for about 10 to 15 minutes in the hot sun. Passengers were shocked to discover that the air conditioning system inside the plane was not working when they entered the flight.

All passengers suffered during the flight due to the air conditioning not working and the crew continuing their journey with no resolution. Flight attendants hand out tissues to passengers to help them wipe away sweat.

The majority of passengers, including women and children, were found to be restless and agitated because of the same thing. Warring added that authorities are focusing more on financial gain, which jeopardizes the health and comfort of passengers.
