Police said a police official was arrested for allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior with women in a village in Kerala's Ernakulam district.
The incident happened in a village located below the boundary of Ramamangalam police station in Ernakulam district.
According to an officer from Ramamangalam police station, a complaint was received on Tuesday alleging that the officer misbehaved with women at a waterfall in the area.
"An FIR was filed yesterday and the investigation is ongoing. The officer has been arrested," police said. Details are pending.
