Rahul Gandhi's Bike Trip to Ladakh for the Anniversary of His Father's Birth

Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, traveled by bicycle on Saturday to Pangong Lake in Ladakh, where he will be honoring his father, the late Rajiv Gandhi, on August 20.

Rahul Gandhi has posted images of himself on a KTM 390 Adventure with other motorcyclists following him on his official Instagram account. The MP is shown riding through Ladakh's scenic mountains while wearing full bicycling gear, including a helmet, gloves, riding boots, and a jacket.

The caption stated, "On our journey to Pangong Lake, which my father always said is one of the most beautiful spots in the world.

Rahul Gandhi is presently in Ladakh on a tour that is scheduled to end on August 25.

A 373 cc motorcycle with a maximum output of 43 horsepower and a maximum torque of 37 Nm is known as the KTM 390 Adventure. The adventure traveler's peak speed is 170 mph.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had stated that he has a "KTM 390" but that his security prevents him from riding it. In a video he posted online, Mr. Gandhi can be seen interacting with "super mechanics" in Delhi's Karol Bagh market and picking up the finer points of bike maintenance.

Rahul Gandhi said that he owns a KTM bike that is sitting idle in the video that was posted to his YouTube account. I have a KTM390, but I can't use it, my security staff won't let me, he remarked.

Rahul Gandhi was spotted dancing with Toda tribe members earlier this month in Tamil Nadu's Muthunadu hamlet, close to Ooty. Video footage of Mr. Gandhi dancing in a circle with the people while wearing a traditional shawl was posted by the news agency ANI on Twitter.
