Never previously had such an occurrence been recorded. This reveals his attitude towards women. This is offensive.

Priyanka Chaturvedi, a member of parliament for the Shiv Sena (UBT), refuted the accusations, stating, "I was in the visitors' gallery and he (Rahul Gandhi) did it as a gesture of affection."
When questioned about the BJP women's members' displeasure, Chaturvedi responded, "They (BJP members) said it was merely a gesture to them? What exactly are these claims? What is causing their rage? Rahul Gandhi made the gesture in good faith. similar to the catchphrase "Mohabbat ki dukan" They are unable to accept love because they are so used to hatred.
Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday for the violence in Manipur and claimed that the government had "divided" the northeastern state into two.
Rahul Gandhi claimed that when he visited the violent state of Manipur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not do the same during the no-confidence vote discussion against his administration.
"I recently traveled to Manipur. Because Manipur is not part of India, our Prime Minister refused to go, even to this day, he stated.
The Congressman claimed that PM Modi was a "traitor" rather than a "nationalist" since he "murdered India" in Manipur.
