Traffic advice for Noida-Delhi passengers ahead of Independence Day 


Ahead of Independence Day celebrations in Delhi and surrounding areas, Noida Police issued a traffic advisory to commuters between Noida and Delhi on Friday to ensure smooth movement of vehicles in the area. the capital of the country.

Citing security reasons during the Independence Day program, Noida Police in its announcement said all heavy, medium, and light vehicles will not be allowed into the nation's capital from 10pm. from August 12 to August 13 (until the end of the General Assembly to review the Independence New Year program) and from 10 p.m. on August 14 to the end of the Independence New Year celebration on August 15.

Below are alternative routes provided by Noida Police
In its advice, Noida Police advise commuters to take the following alternatives to reach their destination.

Vehicles traveling to Delhi or other states via the nation's capital from the Chilla-Noida border can take the Eastern Ring Expressway via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway after turning from the Chilla traffic light. to avoid complications due to redirects.

Vehicles traveling to Delhi or other states via Delhi from the Delhi-Noida-Delhi (DND) overpass can turn around from the toll station and can travel to their destinations from the Eastern Ring Expressway. via the Noida-Greater Noida highway. Vehicles traveling to Delhi or other states via the national capital from the Kalindi Kunj-Yamuna border will be diverted from an underpass located in front of the Yamuna River. They can take the Eastern Ring Expressway through the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway to reach their destinations.
