On Monday, September 11, there has been an increase in both gold and silver prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
Gold futures, which are set to mature on October 5, 2023, are currently valued at Rs 59,999 per 10 grams on the MCX, reflecting a marginal uptick of Rs 101 or 0.17 percent.
Similarly, silver futures, scheduled to mature on December 5, 2023, have also experienced a rise of Rs 285 or 0.40 percent, with a trading rate of Rs 71,848 per kg on the MCX.
For reference, the closing rates for gold and silver on September 8 were Rs 58,898 per 10 grams and Rs 71,653 per kg, respectively.
It's important to note that the prices of gold and silver in India are influenced by various factors, such as the rupee's value in comparison to the dollar. Additionally, global demand plays a significant role in shaping the trends observed in the pricing of these precious metals.
