On September 26, CMF By Nothing will introduce a low-cost smartwatch and headphones

The forthcoming launch of 'CMF by Nothing,' a sub-brand under the umbrella of Nothing, is scheduled for September 26 at 2:30 PM. This new sub-brand will introduce a range of budget-friendly tech products designed to cater to a wider audience. Nothing recently revealed its intention to launch TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds and a smartwatch under this sub-brand.

The 'CMF by Nothing' lineup is poised to offer enhanced designs that prioritize accessibility, with the aim of making stylish technology accessible to a broader consumer base. These products will be available exclusively through various online platforms, including Flipkart and Myntra, as well as offline channels like Vijay Sales and select retail outlets.

Nothing's core philosophy centers around democratizing good design, with the goal of reaching and impacting more individuals. In their initial product offering, they plan to release a smartwatch, TWS earbuds, and a range of accessories.

"Nothing is dedicated to making tech fun again and has proven its abilities to break boundaries in industrial design. As such, the company believes it can make good design more democratic and impact more people. Understanding that different consumers want different things, CMF by Nothing will serve to bridge the gap in the value segment with better quality products that offer clean and timeless designs," Nothing stated in an official statement.

While specific details about the upcoming products were not disclosed, recent leaks have provided a glimpse of what to expect from the first wave of 'CMF by Nothing' offerings. According to TechLeaksZone on X, at least three products will be announced, including a smartwatch, TWS earbuds, and a GaN (Gallium Nitride) charger. While the smartwatch and TWS earbuds have been confirmed by Carl Pei, there has been no official announcement regarding the charger. Promotional materials and pricing details have also been leaked online ahead of the launch.

According to the leaked information, the CMF Watch Pro is expected to be priced at Rs 4,500. It's worth noting that there are already numerous smartwatches available for under Rs 5,000, suggesting potential stiff competition for Nothing in this price range. The Buds Pro, on the other hand, is rumored to be priced at Rs 3,500. Lastly, the GaN 65W fast charger is said to have an estimated cost of Rs 3,000. However, these prices should be taken with caution as they are not officially confirmed.
