During the filming of her web series 'Aarya 3' in March, Sushmita Sen faced a heart attack, an incident that she recently opened up about in an interview. In this conversation, she shed light on the impact her health scare had on her two daughters, Renee and Alisah.
Sushmita Sen, in her interview with Bollywood Bubble, revealed how her health crisis had repercussions on her daughters. She underscored her determination to shield her children from the fear of losing their mother.
She expressed her admiration for Alisah's caring nature, noting, "What they have done, especially Alisah because my elder one (Renee) is now a grown-up, she has her own responsibilities and is self-reliant. However, this little one, ensures I take my Betaloc promptly at 9 every day, without fail. She sets alarms for it. Thanks to her, I don't miss my medicine. She is a very nurturing soul.”
Despite the health scare, Sen reassured her fans that her daughters do not harbor any dread of losing her.
"I believe they are like, 'My mother tells me all the time what is good for me and all of that, so she must know what’s good for her! So she just has to follow it.' It's heartwarming to have children who cling to the notion of ensuring... But I don’t think they have a fear of losing me. That fear also propels a lot of things, so there is no fear," she articulated during the interview.
Initially, Sushmita Sen chose to keep her heart attack hidden from her co-stars while filming in Jaipur. However, she later shared the news on Instagram, extending gratitude to those who provided assistance during her crisis and confirming her readiness to return to her normal life. Following her successful role in the film 'Taali', Sen is poised to make a comeback on screens in 'Aarya 3'.
