Disney+ Hotstar Sets New Record for Concurrent Viewership with 4 Crore While Virat Kohli Batted in the IND vs. NZ CWC 2023 Match

The viewership for the India vs. New Zealand ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 match reached an all-time high. When the Men in Blue secured victory against the Kiwis on October 22, the viewership crossed the 4 crore mark. This number increased to 4.3 crore when Ravindra Jadeja hit the winning runs, marking India's first victory over New Zealand in an ICC event in 20 years.

Although Virat Kohli was unfortunate to be dismissed for 95 runs, India maintained their unbeaten streak in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, winning the game by four wickets with two overs to spare. Previously, the India vs. Pakistan match had a concurrent viewership of 3.2 crore.
