Tragically, in a house located within the Kanpur village of Jalandhar district, police officials made a harrowing discovery on a fateful Monday. Within the confines of this dwelling, three sisters were found lifeless, their lives prematurely cut short.
The distressing ordeal commenced the previous Sunday night when the concerned parents, who were migrant laborers, returned from their toilsome day of work. Upon reaching home, they were met with the absence of their daughters. In response, they promptly reported the girls' disappearance to the Maqsudan Police Station, setting in motion a frantic search for their whereabouts.
The family in question comprised five children, police disclosed. The trio of sisters, who met a tragically untimely demise, were identified as Kanchan (aged 4), Shakti (aged 7), and Amrita (aged 9), authorities confirmed.
