Nara Lokesh of the TDP said that the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh is a madman

Nara Lokesh, the General Secretary of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the son of Chandrababu Naidu has leveled accusations against the Andhra Pradesh government led by Jagah Mohan Reddy, asserting that it is filing "baseless cases" against his father and other family members, including himself.

Speaking at a rally in New Delhi, Nara Lokesh launched a scathing attack on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, stating, "Currently, we have an irrational Chief Minister in Andhra Pradesh who is fabricating false allegations against a reputable politician like Chandrababu Naidu. My father is renowned for his efficiency, transparency, and integrity."

Nara Lokesh, who was recently summoned by the Andhra Pradesh Police, asserted that the state government has even threatened to file cases against his wife and mother.

According to the TDP leader, the Jagan government lacks substantiating evidence against Chandrababu Naidu in any of these alleged false cases, and yet they persist in filing successive spurious cases with the aim of harassing him.

Presently, Nara Lokesh is in Delhi, engaging in discussions with legal experts to seek relief for his father, Chandrababu Naidu, who is in judicial custody due to his alleged involvement in the skill development corporation scandal.

Naidu was arrested on September 9, on charges of misappropriating funds from the Skill Development Corporation, resulting in an alleged loss of over Rs 300 crore to the state treasury.

Lokesh emphasized that Chandrababu Naidu had implemented the Skill Development project to create employment opportunities for unemployed youth in the state. He claimed that the project had been executed with diligence, benefiting over 215,000 individuals and resulting in nearly 80,000 people finding jobs.

Lokesh further stated that, after monitoring developments over the past 24 hours, he has decided to rename YS Jagan Mohan Reddy from "Psycho Jagan" to "Pichi Jagan."

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is set to hear Naidu's plea challenging the Andhra Pradesh High Court's decision to dismiss his petition for quashing the FIR against him in connection with the alleged scam on Tuesday.

The TDP has characterized the arrest of its leader as an act of "political vendetta" by the Jagan Mohan Reddy government.
