The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) recently initiated a substantial e-auction encompassing a wide array of valuable properties, including prime plots, built-up shops, kiosks, mobile tower sites, and more. This e-auction represents the 18th phase of the DDA's extensive e-auction endeavors, offering interested parties a chance to acquire these lucrative properties. The registration period for this phase is open until November 6, providing prospective bidders ample time to prepare for their participation.
The properties available for bidding in this phase of the mega e-auction encompass a diverse range, from function sites and kiosks to mobile tower sites, CNG/green fuel sites, and institutional plots. Notably, bidding for function sites, kiosks, mobile tower sites, CNG/green fuel sites, and institutional plots is scheduled to take place on November 7, marking a significant event in the calendar of aspiring property investors.
In the pursuit of transparency and inclusivity, the DDA has invited bids for a total of 50 institutional plots, which include 20 religious sites, all offered on a leasehold basis. Additionally, there are 12 industrial plots, 46 residential plots, two group housing plots, 28 commercial plots, and 19 small-sized residential plots available on a freehold basis in the Rohini area, creating an appealing assortment for potential investors.
Furthermore, this e-auction initiative extends to encompass two CNG/green fuel sites and four gas godowns, with an annual license fee in place. Moreover, there are 145 freehold built-up shops, 13 freehold Janak Place shops, 15 kiosks, 16 mobile tower sites, and 105 function sites, all governed by monthly license fees.
For the convenience of interested parties, the DDA has established a dedicated help desk located at its office in Delhi's Nagrik Suvidha Kendra, situated within Vikas Sadan. This help desk serves as a valuable resource for addressing inquiries, offering guidance on obtaining digital signatures, assisting with the registration process, and providing training to prospective bidders. It is operational from Monday to Friday, extending its services between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The e-auction is designed to accommodate the preferences of participants effectively. Bidding for industrial, residential, and small-sized residential plots is scheduled for November 8, while the auction for commercial and group housing plots, Janak Place shops, and built-up shops is slated for November 9.
Once the e-auction concludes, the DDA will initiate the process of issuing the Letter of Intent and demand-cum-allotment letter to the successful bidders in a prompt and time-bound manner.
In an effort to enhance accessibility and provide comprehensive information, the DDA has incorporated QR codes in its advertisements, which are readily shared across various social media platforms. These QR codes facilitate easy access to relevant details about the auction. Prospective bidders are required to complete the registration process and possess a digital signature, a mandatory prerequisite for participating in this e-auction. The entire process is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, streamlining the acquisition of these valuable properties.
