Trump makes fun of Biden for repeatedly stumbling up stairs, saying, Can't find his way

During a California state Republican Party Convention held in Anaheim, former US President Donald Trump took the opportunity to ridicule his successor, Joe Biden, for his series of stumbles and missteps on staircases at various events, including while boarding Air Force One.

In his address to the assembled audience, Trump mimicked Biden's predicament, suggesting that Biden might lose his way on the stage, even when confronted with the simple task of navigating stairs.

Trump quipped, "I mean, a guy can't find his way off the stage. Look, here's the stage. I've never seen this kind of stage before. But if I walk left, there's a stair, and if I walk right, there's a stair. And this guy gets up and says, 'Where am I?'" The crowd responded with cheers and laughter, as reported by Citizen Free Press.

Trump's comments harked back to a June incident when Biden stumbled while distributing diplomas at a graduation ceremony for the US Air Force Academy in Colorado. At that time, Trump had characterized the incident as "not inspiring."

Biden, the oldest US President in history, is currently 80 years old and is seeking re-election for a second term. His age and physical fitness have become topics of discussion in his re-election campaign. If he secures another victory in 2024, he will be 86 by the end of his second term.

Throughout his presidency, Biden has faced several instances of tripping or stumbling. Notably, he recently experienced a stumble at the G7 Summit in Japan while descending a small set of stairs at the Itsukushima Shrine in Hiroshima.

Earlier this year, he fell while ascending the stairs of Air Force One following an unexpected trip to Ukraine and Poland. In another incident, Biden fell off his bicycle while speaking with reporters in his hometown of Delaware last year.

In 2021, the US President had multiple instances of stumbling while ascending the stairs of Air Force One. The White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, later explained to reporters that the weather conditions on that day were extremely windy.
