Tragedy struck when a 25-year-old man, identified as Abhishek Ahluwalia, suffered a fatal heart attack while enjoying a visit to the Delhi Zoo with his newly-wedded wife, Anjali, aged 22. Overwhelmed by the sudden loss of her husband, Anjali was unable to cope with the shock, leading her to tragically end her own life by leaping from the seventh floor of her residence in Ghaziabad.
The heartbreaking incident unfolded on a Monday, as the couple embarked on what was supposed to be a leisurely outing to the zoo. However, their excursion took a devastating turn when Ahluwalia collapsed due to a heart attack during the visit.
In a state of panic and distress, Anjali promptly reached out to friends and family members to seek assistance. Ahluwalia was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital in a desperate bid to save his life. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, Ahluwalia was pronounced dead upon arrival, with a heart attack confirmed as the cause of demise.
Upon returning home with Ahluwalia's lifeless body, Anjali was overcome with grief, shedding tears as she sat beside her husband's remains, as recounted by her family.
Driven to the brink of despair by the unbearable loss, Anjali made a fateful decision. She rushed to the balcony of their residence at the Elcon Apartment in Vaishali Sector 3, Ghaziabad, and tragically jumped from the seventh floor.
Anjali, a resident of Karawal Nagar in northeast Delhi, was promptly rushed to Max Hospital for urgent medical attention. Subsequently, she was transferred to AIIMS, but despite the best efforts of healthcare professionals, she succumbed to her injuries, marking the heartbreaking conclusion to a tale of profound sorrow and tragedy.
