A dispute over the Lamborghini yacht's parking is started by an Indian-American businessman | Video

Ajay Thakore, also known as Ace Rogers, an Indian-origin businessman, allegedly threatened to kill a dockworker in San Diego, California, after being denied parking for his $4.5 million Lamborghini yacht.

The incident occurred when Thakore attempted to park his yacht at the Seaforth Boat Rental to pick someone up. A 21-year-old dockworker denied him parking, leading to Thakore becoming aggressive.

Video footage shows Thakore verbally abusing the dockworker, threatening him with death, and exposing his genitals. Thakore also threw money into the water and urged the dockworker to swim after it.

Thakore's employee responded to the incident on his Instagram page, stating that the situation became tense when workers physically obstructed him from boarding the yacht.

Thakore defended his actions on Instagram, claiming there are "two sides to every story" and implying that successful people face unfair perceptions.

This is not the first time Thakore has been involved in controversy. In 2021, he clashed with a local pizza shop over parking, allegedly retaliating by flying a plane with anti-pizza shop slogans. The pizza company has filed a lawsuit against Thakore, who claims discrimination based on his Indian descent.
