Actor and former Big Boss contestant Sambhavna Seth, who became a member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) more than a year ago, announced her departure from the party on Sunday via her social media presence on platform X. In her statement, she reflected on her initial eagerness to contribute to her nation's welfare upon joining the AAP twelve months prior, acknowledging the fallibility inherent in human decision-making despite earnest intentions. Expressing regret for her choice, Seth officially declared her withdrawal from AAP.
Her affiliation with the party commenced at its headquarters in Delhi in January 2023, where she was welcomed into its fold amidst the presence of prominent party figures such as senior leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, along with national general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak.
Notable for her appearances in Bhojpuri cinema, Seth had initially praised the AAP government's commendable efforts in Delhi, citing this as a driving factor behind her decision to align herself with the party with aspirations of positively impacting the lives of the populace.
