MK Stalin attacks EPS, claiming that he lacks the spine to oppose Governor

MK Stalin, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and leader of the DMK, criticized AIADMK leader Edappadi K Palaniswami for not speaking out against the Tamil Nadu Governor, RN Ravi, despite ending the alliance with the BJP.

Stalin accused Palaniswami of merely putting on a show of leaving the alliance with the BJP without actually criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi or Governor RN Ravi. He pointed out that the Governor has obstructed government schemes that would have benefited the people of Tamil Nadu.

The Chief Minister further expressed his disappointment that Palaniswami has not shown any opposition to the Governor's actions, indicating either fear or a lack of integrity on his part. Stalin emphasized that the Governor's actions had insulted the state Assembly, and it was the responsibility of the opposition leader to express concern about such matters.

Stalin urged Palaniswami to demonstrate courage and stand up against the Governor, who had been making comments against Tamil Nadu and its culture. He criticized Palaniswami for failing to oppose the Governor and called on him to prioritize retrieving the AIADMK from its alliance with the BJP before focusing on the state's welfare.
