"Not me": Conspiracy theories about the Kate Middleton doppelganger on shopping videos

Heidi Agan, a renowned Kate Middleton impersonator who has been impersonating the Duchess of Cambridge at various events since 2012, has refuted claims suggesting her presence in footage alongside Prince William at Windsor Farm Shop. In an interview with The Mirror, Agan clarified that she was not involved in the video, as she was occupied with her teaching duties at a dance and musical theatre group during that time.

Acknowledging the speculation surrounding the authenticity of the individuals in the footage, Agan addressed the frenzy that ensued on her own social media accounts due to mistaken identity. She emphasized that despite the confusion, she is certain that the individuals in the video are indeed Kate Middleton and Prince William.

Reiterating her conviction, Agan stated, "I was at work at the time, so I know that is not me. I 100 percent believe that is Kate Middleton and William in that video." She emphasized the need to put an end to the wild speculations and theories surrounding the whereabouts of Kate Middleton, especially considering her recent surgery.

Agan shared her personal experiences, revealing instances where people mistook her for the Duchess, particularly after Kate's surgery. She urged for the cessation of such jokes and speculations, advocating for respect and privacy for Kate Middleton during her recovery period.

The clarification from Agan comes amidst ongoing discussions regarding Kate Middleton's health following her surgery in January and her subsequent absence from public engagements. While a recent photograph featuring a content and relaxed Middleton alongside Prince William seemed to quell some of the speculation, doubts persisted among certain social media users regarding the woman's identity in the controversial video footage.
