Rahul Gandhi: PM Modi is twisting the 'Shakti' remark, and he knows I speak the truth

In response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's criticism of his 'Shakti' remark, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi hit back, accusing Modi of twisting his words and stating that he speaks the truth. Rahul Gandhi defended his earlier remarks, clarifying that when he mentioned 'Shakti,' he was referring to a deeper truth about the current state of institutions in India.

Rahul Gandhi reiterated his assertion that certain forces, represented by the term 'Shakti,' have a hold over various institutions in the country, including the Election Commission, ED, CBI, and others. He accused these forces, implicitly referring to the current government led by Modi, of wielding power that undermines democratic principles and perpetuates corruption.

Further, Rahul Gandhi criticized Modi for his alleged preferential treatment towards certain sectors, such as the industry, while neglecting the plight of farmers burdened with debt. He characterized Modi's power as one of "unrighteousness, corruption, and falsehood," contrasting it with the true meaning of 'Shakti.'

In his post, Rahul Gandhi emphasized that he recognizes the significance of 'Shakti,' but he views Modi's version of power as antithetical to the values of righteousness and truth. He concluded by asserting that whenever he raises his voice against Modi, the Prime Minister and his supporters respond with hostility and attempt to discredit him.
