Tu, Main aur Corruption is what TMC stands for: PM Modi's latest jab at the Mamata administration

In a spirited address delivered at a rally held in Krishnanagar, West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unleashed a vigorous critique directed at Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress (TMC), particularly highlighting issues of corruption within the party. With fervor, he rallied the state BJP, setting forth an ambitious goal of securing victory in all 42 Lok Sabha seats in West Bengal.

Standing before the enthusiastic audience gathered in Nadia district's Krishnanagar, PM Modi leveled accusations, suggesting that TMC stands not only for the Trinamool Congress but also for "Tu, Main aur Corruption" (you, me, and corruption), insinuating a nexus between the party and corrupt practices.

Buoyed by the overwhelming presence of supporters at the 'Bijoy Sankalpa Sabha,' he expressed his confidence in a resounding victory for the NDA government, boldly proclaiming "NDA sarkar, 400 paar" (NDA government, beyond 400 seats).

PM Modi did not mince words in his criticism of the ruling TMC, denouncing it as synonymous with tyranny, nepotism, and betrayal. He voiced the palpable disillusionment among the people of West Bengal concerning the governance under the current state administration.

With a somber tone, he referenced the troubling incidents in Sandeshkhali, where women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against TMC leaders. Modi lamented the lack of support from the state government for these distressed individuals, accusing them of turning a blind eye to the cries for justice.

In a poignant moment, he juxtaposed the state's electoral promises of 'Maa Mati Manush' (Mother, Land, People) with the current plight of mothers and sisters shedding tears in West Bengal. Modi painted a picture of a state where criminals seem to operate with impunity, dictating the terms of their own arrests, highlighting a breakdown in law and order under the current regime.
