Indian American Impact's endorsement of 11 additional candidates across six states for the 2024 elections demonstrates the organization's commitment to fostering diverse representation in American politics. With a total of 35 endorsed candidates, including both incumbents and newcomers, the advocacy group aims to support Indian and South Asian Americans running for various positions from city council to state senate.

Some of the endorsed candidates include Ravi Shah in Arizona, Ashwin Ramaswami in Georgia, Zohran Mamdani and Jeremy Cooney in New York, Pavan Parikh in Ohio, Nikil Saval in Pennsylvania, and several others in Texas.

These endorsements highlight Indian American Impact's dedication to promoting the participation of Indian and South Asian Americans in elected positions at all levels of government. The organization has a track record of supporting candidates since its establishment in 2016 and continues to prioritize the advancement of diverse voices in American politics.

Notably, Indian American Impact previously supported Pramila Jayapal, who made history as the first South Asian woman elected to the US Congress. Jayapal is seeking reelection to the US House of Representatives in Washington.
