According to the IMD, Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh may experience isolated heavy rainfall or snowfall on April 13th and 14th, while Himachal Pradesh is expected to witness isolated heavy rainfall or snowfall on April 14th.

Additionally, the weather office has issued a 'hailstorm' alert for parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Rajasthan on April 13, with similar alerts for western Uttar Pradesh and eastern Rajasthan on April 14.
