A resident of Kerala found himself in police custody following allegations of disruptive behavior aboard an Air India Express flight traversing from Dubai to Mangaluru. Identified as Muhammad BC hailing from Kannur, the individual's actions drew the attention of the airline's crew, prompting security coordinator Siddartha Das to file a formal complaint against him.
During the flight on May 8, Muhammad BC reportedly exhibited unruly conduct, causing disturbances that inconvenienced both the crew and fellow passengers. Matters escalated when he purportedly issued threats of leaping from the aircraft, thereby endangering the safety of those onboard.
Upon the flight's arrival at Mangaluru, airport security swiftly apprehended Muhammad BC, subsequently handing him over to the local police authorities at the Bajpe police station. A formal complaint was lodged against him, facilitating the initiation of necessary legal proceedings. Consequently, Muhammad BC was arrested, and a case was registered against him for his alleged misconduct aboard the flight.
