PM on "400 Paar" pitch: To prevent Congress from locking the Ram Temple with the Babri Mosque

Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the significance of securing 400 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, highlighting the BJP-led NDA's objectives during a rally in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. He articulated that achieving this electoral mandate was essential to thwart various perceived conspiracies orchestrated by the Congress and the INDIA bloc.

PM Modi underscored that the aim of attaining 400 seats was to prevent the Congress from impeding crucial national interests. Specifically, he mentioned concerns such as the potential reinstatement of Article 370, which was revoked earlier, and the hypothetical imposition of a "Babri lock" on the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

Furthermore, PM Modi emphasized the need for a strong electoral mandate to safeguard against perceived threats to national sovereignty, including the alleged transfer of the country's vacant land and islands to foreign entities.

In addition, PM Modi criticized statements made by Rashtriya Janata Dal President Lalu Prasad regarding reservation benefits for Muslims, cautioning against any attempts by the Congress to manipulate reservation policies for political gain.

The ongoing Lok Sabha elections, spanning seven phases, commenced on April 19 and will conclude on June 1, with the counting of votes scheduled for June 4. PM Modi's remarks underscored the significance of securing a decisive mandate to address various political and national challenges facing the country.
