3. **Prayer and Classes:** At 11 AM, there's a prayer session followed by language classes focusing on educational development.
4. **Lunch:** Lunch is served at 12:30 PM.
5. **Rest Time:** After lunch, inmates are allowed to rest in their dormitories until 4 PM.
6. **Evening Snack and TV Time:** An evening snack is provided at 4 PM, followed by an hour of TV time until 5 PM.
7. **Play Time:** From 5 PM to 7 PM, inmates engage in sports activities such as football and volleyball.
8. **Dinner:** Dinner is served at 7 PM, consisting of vegetables, chapati, and rice.

This structured routine not only provides a sense of normalcy but also aims at the rehabilitation of the minor.

Regarding the Pune crash, the 17-year-old's involvement in a fatal accident after consuming alcohol has sparked outrage. Despite initially being granted bail, the Justice Juvenile Board has decided to cancel it and send him to the Children Observation Centre. The Pune police are pushing for the minor to be treated as an adult during prosecution based on the severity of the crime.
