The latest challenge from Navneet Rana to Asaduddin Owaisi is, Ram bhakts on every street

In a bold response to AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, BJP leader Navneet Rana issued a fresh challenge, asserting that "Ram bhakts" were present in every neighborhood. Rana's retort came after Owaisi likened his younger brother Akbaruddin to a "cannon" during a rally in Moghalpura.

Dismissing Owaisi's characterization of his brother, Rana remarked that such "cannons" were merely decorative items outside her house. Emphasizing her background as a soldier's daughter, she highlighted the presence of "Ram bhakts" and supporters of Prime Minister Modi across the country.

Rana's comments followed Owaisi's assertion that he had restrained his brother Akbaruddin, whom he referred to as a powerful force, during the rally.

The exchange of words escalated following Rana's earlier remarks during a campaign event for BJP's Hyderabad Lok Sabha candidate Madhavi Latha. Rana had suggested that the Owaisi brothers would be swiftly dealt with if police were momentarily absent, referencing a controversial speech by Akbaruddin Owaisi in 2013.

Reacting to Rana's statements, Asaduddin Owaisi challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give her "one hour" instead of "15 seconds" and emphasized that he was not intimidated by her.

Meanwhile, a case was registered against Navneet Rana for her alleged comments that "a vote for Congress is a vote for Pakistan", prompting action by the Telangana Police.
