Three beat up a UP man over refueling his car, and he dies

A tragic incident unfolded in Greater Noida as a 26-year-old man lost his life following a brutal assault by three individuals over a dispute at a CNG pump. The altercation erupted at Kheda Chauganpur village, within the jurisdiction of the Ecotech 3 police station, late on Monday night.

Aman Kasana, hailing from Ghaziabad, had arrived at the CNG station with his cousin Abhishek, 22, around 10:30 pm to refuel their vehicle. However, a disagreement ensued between Aman and another individual, identified as Ajay alias Ajju, regarding priority in refueling. Ajay then summoned his associates, Ankush and Rishabh, to the scene, escalating the situation.

The altercation spilled outside the premises of the CNG pump, culminating in a violent assault on Aman. Tragically, he sustained grave injuries, particularly to his head, inflicted by a stick wielded by one of the assailants. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Aman succumbed to his injuries.

Upon receiving a complaint from Kasana's family, the police swiftly initiated action, registering an FIR against the three accused. While Ajay and Rishabh have been apprehended, efforts are underway to apprehend Ankush. The impounding of the accused's vehicle and the recovery of the blood-stained stick used in the assault further substantiate the investigation.

Legal procedures, including post-mortem examination, are currently underway as authorities seek justice for the victim and his grieving family. This tragic incident serves as a grim reminder of the consequences of resorting to violence to resolve disputes.
