The oath-taking ceremony of Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on June 12 is anticipated to be a star-studded event, with several high-profile personalities from the South Indian film industry expected to attend.
Among the prominent stars set to grace the occasion are Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan. Additionally, other notable personalities from the film industry likely to attend include Rajinikanth and Mohan Babu. Allu Arjun, the nephew of Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, has also received an invitation to the ceremony.
Jr NTR, the nephew of Chandrababu Naidu, has been extended an invitation as well.
The presence of these stars is expected to add glamour and excitement to the swearing-in ceremony. Pawan Kalyan, who is eyeing the Deputy Chief Minister post following his party's strong performance in the polls, is the younger brother of megastar Chiranjeevi. Ram Charan and Allu Arjun are his nephews.
In addition to the film industry personalities, Chandrababu Naidu's oath ceremony will be attended by his NDA allies, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The Telugu Desam Party secured a significant victory in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly polls, defeating the YSRCP led by Jagan Mohan Reddy, which saw a considerable reduction in its seat count. The TDP, along with its allies Jana Sena and BJP, secured a comfortable majority in the Assembly.
