After a collision with a truck on a Telangana highway, a bus catches fire, injuring 15 people



A tragic road accident occurred on National Highway 44 in Telangana's Mahbubnagar district late at night. A Road Transport Corporation (RTC) bus traveling from Hyderabad to Dharmavaram collided with a truck near Booreddipalli village, on the outskirts of Jadcharla. The collision resulted in the bus catching fire, which spread rapidly and led to the complete destruction of the vehicle.

Among the 36 passengers onboard, at least fifteen suffered injuries in the mishap. Fortunately, due to the quick response of the passengers, many lives were saved despite the severity of the accident. The injured individuals were initially treated at Jadcharla Government Hospital and later transferred to Mahabubnagar General Hospital after receiving first aid.

Authorities are continuing to gather more information about the incident as investigations into its cause and aftermath are ongoing.
