Biden has dementia; Kamala Harris might take over, according to the former Fox News anchor

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson has made several contentious claims about President Joe Biden, asserting that Biden "has dementia" and criticizing the mainstream American media for allegedly hiding this fact. Carlson suggested that prominent Democrats believe Biden is "brain-damaged" and intend to replace him with Vice President Kamala Harris.

These remarks follow Biden's performance at the first presidential debate on June 27 in Atlanta, Georgia, which Carlson claims shocked many Democrats. Speaking at Sydney's International Convention Centre, Carlson accused "Democratic operatives posing as journalists" on CNN of feigning disbelief over Biden's condition, labeling them as either "really stupid" or "truly dishonest" for allegedly hiding the truth.

Carlson also suggested that numerous prominent Democratic leaders have expressed concerns about Biden's cognitive health and foresee his removal from office. He believes the Democrats should act quickly to replace Biden with Harris, making her the nominee and potentially the president.

Carlson also emphasized the significance of former President Donald Trump's upcoming sentencing on July 11, asserting that Trump is now seen as the presumptive president, not just the Republican candidate. He cautioned that imprisoning Trump could risk "destroying the system completely and forever" unless it is for a universally agreed-upon serious crime.

In his statements on social media, Carlson described former President Barack Obama's public support for Biden as disingenuous, alleging that Obama privately believes Biden cannot win and favors an open convention. Carlson claimed that the relationship between the Obamas and the Bidens has never been warm and has sometimes been hostile, suggesting that Obama has not personally conveyed his concerns to Biden.

These explosive claims have intensified the political discourse surrounding the upcoming presidential election and the future of the Democratic Party's leadership.
