Services That Will Remain Available

- Shopping and Payments: You can use your HDFC Bank debit card or credit card for transactions at swipe machines, and you can also make online purchases through platforms like PayZapp, with a restricted transaction limit.

  

- UPI Services: UPI transactions will be available, except during two brief periods: from 3:00 AM to 3:45 AM and from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM on July 13, 2024.

  

- Card Management: Activities such as hotlisting your card, resetting your PIN, and performing other card-related services will be accessible throughout the upgrade period.

  

- Merchant Payments: Merchants can process payments via debit and credit cards, but any updates to accounts will only be reflected after the completion of the upgrade.

Services That Will Be Unavailable

Several essential services will be temporarily unavailable during the system upgrade. Here’s a detailed list of what will not be accessible:

- UPI Services: From 3:00 AM to 3:45 AM and 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM, you will not be able to perform the following UPI-related tasks:
