Launching today in India, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is anticipated to cost less than Rs 12,000

OnePlus is poised to unveil its latest premium audio product, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, today in India. This launch continues the company’s trend of introducing high-end products, following recent releases like the OnePlus Nord 4 and the OnePlus Pad 2. Anticipation is high for these new earbuds, which are expected to offer several upgrades over the OnePlus Buds Pro 2. Despite these enhancements, the price is projected to remain similar, potentially under Rs 12,000, which aligns with the previous model's pricing.

The official announcement of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will be made during a live online event starting at 6:30 pm IST. Those interested can catch the live stream of the unveiling on the OnePlus India YouTube channel, with the link provided for easy access.

According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 may have a listed price of Rs 13,999. However, there is speculation that the earbuds might be sold for a price closer to the OnePlus Buds Pro 2's launch price of Rs 11,999. This pricing strategy could be a strategic move to maintain consumer interest while offering improved features.

Leaked details about the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 suggest that the earbuds will feature significant advancements over their predecessors. They are expected to include a dual-driver setup, with an 11mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter designed to deliver a high-quality audio experience with deep bass and clear treble.

The earbuds are anticipated to support Bluetooth 5.4, ensuring a stable and efficient wireless connection. Advanced active noise cancellation (ANC) is also expected to be a key feature, with the capability to reduce ambient noise by up to 50dB, providing an immersive listening environment.

In terms of battery life, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is projected to offer up to 43 hours of usage when used with the charging case, which should be more than adequate for extended listening sessions. The design is likely to be lightweight and comfortable, with the total weight of the earbuds and case estimated to be around 61 grams.

Additional features that are rumored to be included are touch controls for ease of use, voice assistant support for hands-free operation, and an IP55 rating for water resistance, which enhances durability and suitability for various activities. The earbuds are also expected to have a low latency of 94ms, which would be beneficial for applications such as gaming and watching videos.

Charging is likely to be facilitated through a Type-C port, providing faster and more convenient recharging. The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 may also feature a custom EQ mode developed in collaboration with Dynaudio, allowing users to adjust the sound profile to their personal preferences.

The packaging for the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is expected to include the earbuds, a charging case, a Type-C charging cable, safety and warranty documentation, and a set of four different ear tips to ensure a customizable and comfortable fit for all users.

While these details are based on leaks and unofficial information, they suggest that the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will offer a range of advanced features and improvements. The official announcement during today’s event will confirm these specifications and provide additional insights into the new earbuds’ capabilities and pricing.
