Yaccarino's communication also revealed plans for the establishment of a new office in Palo Alto, California, which will have a specific focus on engineering. This new office will be shared with xAI, the artificial intelligence company also founded by Elon Musk. Yaccarino underscored that while the move may present some immediate challenges, it is a calculated decision intended to support the company's long-term growth and innovation goals. She conveyed optimism that these adjustments will better align the company for future success.

Musk has decided to shift the headquarters of both X and SpaceX to Texas, following a controversial new law in California.
