Reliance Jio has launched an enticing new offer as part of its 'Diwali Dhamaka' promotion, giving customers an opportunity to enjoy a 1-year free JioAirFiber connection. This offer is designed to attract both new and existing JioFiber and JioAirFiber users and is available through a couple of distinct pathways.
For new customers interested in securing this promotion, the process involves making a substantial purchase. Specifically, new customers must spend Rs 20,000 or more at any Reliance Digital or MyJio store. While the spending requirement might seem significant, it can be particularly advantageous for those who are already planning to buy high-value electronics or home appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, televisions, or smartphones. This approach not only incentivizes large purchases but also integrates Jio’s connectivity services with significant consumer electronics purchases.
Existing JioAirFiber users can also avail themselves of this offer by recharging their accounts with a special Diwali plan priced at Rs 2,222. This plan is designed to make users eligible for a year of free JioAirFiber service. Existing JioFiber users can similarly benefit by making a one-time advance recharge of the same Diwali plan, thereby unlocking the offer.
The structure of the promotion includes additional benefits. Eligible customers will receive a total of 12 coupons over the span of a year, beginning in November 2024 and continuing through October 2025. Each coupon corresponds to the value of the user's active JioAirFiber plan and can be redeemed at various locations including Reliance Digital stores, MyJio stores, JioPoint outlets, or JioMart Digital exclusive stores. However, to utilize each coupon, customers must make a purchase of at least Rs 15,000 on electronics within 30 days of receiving the coupon.
