Due to heavy traffic in the area, an argument ensued between him and the flower vendor, quickly escalating into a physical brawl.
The video footage shows the confrontation intensifying as both parties exchange heated words. Within moments, the altercation turns violent. A woman, presumably associated with the flower vendor, is seen running inside her shop and returning with a stick, which she uses to strike the man.
