Realme teases the next Ultra phone, which will have a smartphone camera similar to a DSLR, with picture samples

Realme is set to globally launch its 14 Pro series at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, scheduled from March 3 to March 6. The series, already available in India and China, includes the Realme 14 Pro and 14 Pro+ models. Notably, Realme has teased an additional 'Ultra' variant, hinting at advanced camera capabilities.

Realme 14 Pro Series Highlights:

  • Display: Both models feature quad-curved displays with "1.5K" resolution and 3,840 Hz PWM dimming.
  • Camera: The series boasts a triple flash setup designed to enhance photo clarity in various lighting conditions.
  • Design: The devices are 7.55mm thick and come in Suede Grey, Jaipur Pink, and Bikaner Purple, with the latter two being exclusive to India.
  • Performance: The Realme 14 Pro+ is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, while the 14 Pro houses the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor.
  • Battery: Both models are equipped with 6,000mAh batteries supporting 80W fast charging.
  • Unique Feature: A standout feature is the cold-sensitive color-changing technology in the pearl white versions, which react to temperatures below 16°C by changing color.

Anticipated 'Ultra' Model:

Realme has teased an 'Ultra' variant, suggesting a smartphone with an ultra-large sensor and optical telephoto lens aimed at redefining smartphone photography. The teaser indicates a large, circular camera module occupying the top half of the back panel, though specific details remain undisclosed.

The global pricing for the Realme 14 Pro series is expected to start at €435 for the standard Pro model and €589 for the Pro+ variant.
