The iPhone 17 Pro is expected to get a significant RAM boost

Apple's upcoming iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are anticipated to feature significant upgrades, including an increase in RAM and a redesigned camera system. Both models will reportedly be equipped with 12GB of RAM, up from the 8GB found in the iPhone 16 Pro models. This enhancement is expected to improve performance, particularly in AI capabilities and multitasking.

In addition to the RAM upgrade, the iPhone 17 Pro models are rumored to include a 48-megapixel telephoto rear camera and a 24-megapixel front camera, enhancing photography capabilities. Design changes are also expected, with leaked CAD renders suggesting a new rectangular camera bar with rounded corners, reminiscent of Google's Pixel series. This design is anticipated to span the entire upper body of the devices, providing a fresh aesthetic while maintaining functionality.

The iPhone 17 series is expected to launch around mid-September, following Apple's traditional release schedule. These updates aim to offer users enhanced performance and a modern design, keeping pace with evolving smartphone trends.
